Our mission

Connecting People through the Power of Fresh Food

Our school system failed to equip us with essential skills for a healthy living. We know very little about the vast variety of fruits that could enrich our life. Instead, we consume up to 1,300 empty calories from office snacks on a weekly basis.

Meanwhile, creating a healthy food system in the face of poverty is one of the greatest challenges of our time. Building stores in food deserts does not address the nutritional inequality. Stores owners still relies on sales of highly processed junk food and liquor to make a living.

REDESIGN FOOD DISTRIBUTION for Health and Community Empowerment

KitcheNet is redesigning urban food distribution to prioritize the health of our next generation and community economy. We aim to build a continuous fresh food distribution that brings vibrant, high quality fresh food throughout the city: from corporate offices, industrial parks to local communities that are chronically underserved.

HERE IS HOW OUR “DUAL IMPACT” MODEL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

To ensure every community has access to fresh food, KitcheNet extends its distribution service to help store owners in the urban food deserts sell more fresh fruits and vegetables. Every delivery in the office helps us bring fresh food to in food deserts, where we help store owners sell more fresh fruits profitably and affordably.

KitcheNet’s “just-in-time” sourcing and curation model drastically change the variety and experience of your office fruits. Distributors with generation’s experience hand pick and create your office’s weekly selection using fresh fruits that just arrive the local market that day. From packing to delivery, everything is designed to help you experience fresh fruit differently.
